Vinyl on Vinyl (2007) is an automatic remix tool made in vinyl film. It consists of a piece of precut vinyl film to stick on a LP for an physical remix.

When the record is played, the needle follows the layers of vinyl film and playes through the record, skipping and scratching between the tracks. The remix will have the same form, independent of the chosen record, but the material will, of course, be different.  Much inspired by Christian Marclay and Otomo Yoshihide, pioneers in turntablism. Below is a video from a Christmas version with Christmas carrols. Click here to get the PDF so you can create your own remix!
